XS650 update and my new shity parts bike!

not to shabby for a spring seat... all i have left are the wires, gas and oil + chain...

the KZ750! $100 and should sell for $2k. business is good. stay tune!

Shinya Kimura

i thought id do a post on Shinya Kimura, here a few of his bikes. this guy has the edge. metal work is what this business is all about, what you can make with an idea and two hands. OCC puts bikes together, this guy builds them.

WHY:

These next four are some of the dumbest bikes ive seen lately! WHY? i just dont understand why... im all about style over comfort but.... fuck it.

This thing here. i have to give it up to whomever built this. i hope he gave this to his son. that kid must own the playground!

i just see allot in these next two. looks like the owners must be buddies or theres obny one... Well done!

Mine is better

without a doubt!

a nice change, metal is cold. This should warm you up!

Apparently this bike was featured in Cruiser Magazine. need i say more... i bashed on this bike a few posts past and come to find out a Magazine helped get this bike its coverage... Fuck you Cruiser Magazine!

Today is a Cafe day: i have three for you. the first is this red rebuild. and i mean every part came off down to every piece of the motor. Joker Machine did it right, ugly color though. just look at the detail on the two photos below...

i just like the blue here, its to bad they didnt do the whole thing that same blue, i mean that bulb is sick!

I posted a picture of this bike some time agao but only one because that was all i could find... well i found a few more and here they are:

I just love that seat and the to round stock braces that hold up the taillight, nice!

ive had a picture of this bike for some time now, i love everything about this bike but the fact that it has no rear fender... what the hell is up with dudes not putting rear fenders on there bikes? it doesnt make you cool, it makes you look too poor to buy one or too stupid to attach one... no more!

This is one of the worst bikes ive seen lately:

Enough said...

I Just Dont Get It:

Here are a few vintage models, i need to find an unopened one of these for a winter project, im hopping to turn it into a bobber of sorts, nothing to clean, just something to put over the fire place.

this might be a new tradition for this blog:

The worst bikes I’ve ran into lately...

this one had a description:

1974 Honda CB 750

"HONDA CHOPPER 750 Built By: Jake Custom Bike -Rigid style frame -Muscle bike exhaust system -Drag bar -Springer type single seater -Fat tire 205 -Lots of chrome and polished parts -Dual starter -DuPont urethane paint -Forward control -Side plate mounting"

And look, they have friends who have shit ideas for what bikes should look like too...

i just want to meet this guy

Nice 70's spray job on this left side cover.

im confused... this could be worth allot at your local scrap yard, if this is your bike, send me the exhaust before you take it in. nice job, on one thing...

this is a sick bike, simple and to the point, the point is to feel like a man when im not driving to work in my soft blue mini

im not much for restorations. if i had a sandcast frame id hack the shocks and make the first ratty rigid sandcast. But it looks pretty clean to me. i wouldn't drive it, i think id just look at it.

Sick Photo!

A Sunday Morning:

these guy have had allot of coverage on there two bikes, i think its the Pink Taco's owner that does leather work. He’s good too! what stands out are the rear sets on a hardtail, they both have that set up. sick!

first of all, who puts a $200 chrome chop taillight mount on a rat bike, without the mount i could say i like this one... to bad, i do have to give credit to the flipped stock bars however, ive only known two that rock this classy bit: This guy and Dame Vega. it really takes a man to ride chin to tank.

this bike was just floating around Google, i like it because the harley springer is perfectly trimmed and flawless however the hardtail looks unfinished and miged in 20... way sick.

i just like this photo, the kid on crutches, the bike on its side in the truck bed... from the looks of it Cycle Zombies did a revamp on her and the end result is posted below. it also looks like Max at 4Q did the paint, just speculating but his flawless spray and design work is a dead giveaway. that guy can shoot a gun!

im not one for softtails but this here caught my eye with its tank, seat and taillight, it looks to be a skateboard wheel, if so i got to make me one of those! for now the tank just inspired a starter cover with my signature and ever so pointless tool attachment, shown below:

another inspiring moment... i saw this and closed the computer to make one of my own. i done all kinds of grinder made designs on chain covers but seeing this made me try out the speed holes.
