frame and tins came back from paint

when they got dropped off, we let them sit on the lawn for a while we were working on another bike. we brought them inside into the light and were speechless. the guy said he was going to paint it "black with metal flake" so we were kinda excited to get it back to put it together for him. once we got a closer look, everything stopped and it felt like we were in a garage in san francisco on castro st. the pictures don't do much justice but it looked like it came out of elton john's ass or his painter was accidently using the gay metal flake instead of the regular metal flake that day, it's ridiculous. it looks like glitter... it IS glitter... how can this guy feel like a man riding this? jesus christ.. i don't know what else to put. we're baffled.
